Do you like the idea of packaging lovely clothing to brighten someone's day? If so, you will want to be a Discount Divas employee! Starting pay is $12.
00/HR Responsibilities Using packing slips, pull specific items for customer orders Verify order accuracy by order number, customer number, product description, and item quantity Pack orders in an efficient and neat manner; placed completed orders in mail bin(s) Perform accurate inventory checks on current and new stock Maintain minimum order processing productivity levels Coordinate with Fulfillment supervisor regarding missing and damaged items Push mail bins to loading dock Consolidate merchandise in bins and on racks Perform other duties as assigned by management Perform receiving duties to include:
Receive boxes and/or pallets of merchandise Verify order accuracy by order number, customer number, product, and quantity Conduct quality checks on merchandise Organize product by type and size Utilize order processing system to enter items and generate barcodes Print barcode labels and apply to merchandise Lift stacks of clothing, shoes, and accessories Stack merchandise neatly in bins and/or hang garments on racks Push loaded mail carts to the loading dock Maintain minimum order processing productivity levels Perform accurate inventory checks on current and new stock Coordinate with bookkeeper on open/partial orders Reconfigure merchandise placement in the warehouse, as needed Perform fulfillment duties, as needed Perform other duties as assigned by ma Other Requirements Regular and punctual attendance is required There is a required pick rate of 70 pieces per hour and a scan rate of 130 pieces per hour Key Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced work environment Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time Previous clothing retail experience is a plus! Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Skills/Attributes Flexibility when responding to changing priorities Results-oriented and accountable to deadlines Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal communication Superior customer service mindset Possess integrity and loyalty Multi-tasking abilities Strong work ethic Positive attitude Professional Dependable Work Location:
