Vice President, Strategy & Enablement (Remote - US or Global)
Responsibilities:
Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Division (Hexagon) is seeking to hire a Vice President of EAM Strategy and Enablement.
The selected candidate will be responsible for directing a team of EAM Subject Matter Experts and Field Sales Enablement professionals supporting the definition and development of strategy and supporting EAM Portfolio Go-To-Market packages with emphasis on enabling various field constituents who pursue target market segments needed to execute Hexagons growth-oriented, global business plan.
The candidate must be capable of articulating the business value of processes and technology for the EAM Portfolio, which serves many verticals and geographic sectors in an authentic and enthusiastic way.
Take global ownership of the HxGN EAM strategy and enablement function.
Build and Direct a Team of EAM Subject Matter Experts In accordance with PSE processes and standards, oversee and direct:
Definition of EAM solution business requirements based on internal and external research and analysis Go-to market strategy definition and development, including solution-market fit, audience and buyers, market analysis & sizing, competitive analysis, sales and distribution, and pricing, etc.
Collaboration with HxGN's Solutions Design and Development organization to convert business requirements to saleable products and solutions Collaboration with HxGN's Marketing organization to develop demand and lead generation strategies and plans Planning and delivery of Sales and Marketing enablement tools and content, including learning and development materials Joint development of business and sales plans across all global regions Product Line performance analysis and continuous improvement Work with HxGN's Alliances team to define partnering models and plans to leverage the expertise, infrastructure, intellectual property or customer base of partners to drive revenue, reach new audiences, increase distribution, and/or enhance existing products Work with HxGN's Acquisitions Team to identify and evaluate complementary technology providers who help to fill gaps in our technology offerings.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 12 years of experience in an international organization, preferable in a software organization focused on the EAM / ERP / CMMS business.
Experience building and managing a team of individual contributors.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% based on location.
