ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.
Correspond with internal departments, outside facilities (including customers) and mill representatives to resolve quality problems.
Review defective material and make appropriate dispositions.
Maintain organized claim and defect data to report to management.
Enter debits into computer system and monitor to ensure completion.
Respond to customer complaints and issue credits, corrective actions, etc.
as needed.
Assisting production management of creating work procedures and internal standards as necessary.
Assist production management with cause and analysis related to defect and customer complaints.
Maintain and monitor calibration of gauge instruments.
Maintain and monitor Quality management System, procedures, policies, PPAPS, FMEAs, Control Plans, internal/external audits, etc.
Lost revenue tracking.
