We are seeking engineers that are motivated by being part of a mission critical program, instilling engineering discipline and rigor, and participating in the digital engineering transformation.
The Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SIWS) organization is dynamic and growing engineering team focused on attracting and developing top talent in support of critical missions for National Defense and Strategic Deterrence.

The programs that we support in Huntsville, Alabama include Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) , Precision-guided Munitions, and Integrated Air & Missile Defense products (PAC-3, Avenger, ABMD); Missile Defense Agency National Team (Systems Engineering, C2BMC), and Strategic Deterrence Systems (which includes Minuteman ICBM support and guidance system repair) along with other future contract awards.
As an experienced Electrical Engineer on the Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) team you will work with a growing team and develop PAC-3 missile seekers and/or seeker test equipment.
We collaborate with other electrical engineering groups across the company and support PAC-3 production and sustainment efforts for the seekers that we design and build in Huntsville, AL.
Position Responsibilities Could Include:
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements Develops hardware, software and interface specifications Creates detailed electronic hardware circuit, system, and/or test equipment designs and drawings.
Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements Troubleshoots and resolves issues with electronic components, systems ,and/or test equipment Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in electrical or computer engineering.
