This role is long term.
The candidate can be part time, or full time.
The ideal candidate will work a full day (8am-6pm), but the days can be flexible.
Some Saturdays preferred.
Overtime is possible.
Responsibilities The primary tasks will include lifting plants or bulk goods, up to 50lbs and loading them for customers.
The Team member will drive the front-loader tractor to help load scoops of top soil or mulch for customers.
Training is provided.
Other tasks may include assisting with customers in the store, using the register, unloading new products, and assisting with the plant care.
Qualifications Must be physically fit enough to stand and walk for long periods, and to lift heavy items.
The store maintains a healthy and fun team environment.
Candidates should communicate well with others, and keep a positive and jovial attitude.
Team member must be able to communicate with customers in a respectful and kind manner.
Specific experience or education is not required.
Anything the team member is asked to do, can be taught on site.
